Marketing Coordinator
Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing projects that drive new member acquisitions, both online and offline (ie; Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Viral, Email, Sponsorships, Trade Shows, Directory Advertising, Partnerships, Link-building, Print Advertising, etc.). The Marketing Coordinator will undertake a wide array of responsibilities that include daily reporting, analyzing campaigns and market trends and helping with outlining project requirements. Communicating with team members and working with daily tasks that support new and ongoing Marketing initiatives will also be the focus of the Marketing Coordinator position.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Report and provide insight on daily sales, traffic and conversion by
marketing channel and by marketing campaign (using Google Analytics).
- Report on campaign performance and develop summary page with
optimization recommendations.
- Utilizing marketing research tools (ie; Hitwise, Alexa, Crazy Egg,
Google Analytics), learn competitor strengths, weaknesses and trends and
provide key insights and implications.
- Assist various members of the Marketing team across a variety of
channels wherever needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3
years of agency or client side marketing experience
- Bachelors
Degree
- Solid
understanding of general marketing principals, specifically online marketing
- Strong analytical skills and excellent working
knowledge of Excel (experience with
- Google Analytics a strong plus).
- Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills,
detail oriented, flexible.
- Some understanding of email marketing metrics,
segmentation and testing methods.
- Excellent writing and communication skills .
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive
in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the Internet, research tools,
search engines and browsers.
- Great initiative, highly
motivated with a continued willingness to develop new skills.
